Certain products offered by Puplyo may be available as subscription purchases. This Purchase Options Cancellation Policy explains how subscription orders, recurring billing, and cancellations are handled.

2. Subscription Enrollment

By purchasing a subscription product, you authorize Puplyo to automatically charge your selected payment method according to the subscription frequency selected during checkout.

Subscription details, including pricing, delivery frequency, discounts, and billing schedules, will be displayed before completing your purchase.

3. Recurring Billing

When enrolled in a subscription, your payment method will be automatically charged at the selected renewal interval unless the subscription is canceled beforehand.

Recurring charges will continue until you cancel your subscription.

4. Managing Your Subscription

Customers may manage their subscriptions at any time through their customer account or by contacting customer support.

Depending on the subscription platform used, customers may be able to:

  • Cancel a subscription
  • Pause a subscription
  • Skip an upcoming order
  • Update payment information
  • Update shipping information
  • Modify delivery frequency

5. Subscription Cancellation

Subscriptions may be canceled at any time before the next scheduled billing date.

If a recurring order has already been processed, fulfilled, or shipped, cancellation will apply only to future subscription renewals.

Orders that have already been processed cannot be canceled.

6. Failed Payments

If a subscription payment cannot be successfully processed, we may attempt to collect payment again.

If payment continues to fail, the subscription may be:

  • Paused
  • Suspended
  • Automatically canceled

until a valid payment method is provided.

7. Subscription Pricing & Discounts

Subscription discounts, promotional pricing, and special offers may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time.

Any changes will not affect orders that have already been processed.

8. Refunds

Subscription purchases are subject to the same Returns & Refunds Policy that applies to standard purchases.

Subscription cancellation does not automatically qualify previously processed or shipped orders for a refund.

9. Changes to Subscription Programs

Puplyo reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue subscription offerings at any time.

Where applicable, customers will be notified of significant changes affecting active subscriptions.

10. Fraud Prevention

Puplyo reserves the right to suspend or cancel subscriptions that appear fraudulent, abusive, or in violation of our Terms & Conditions.
